The software-use license that accompanies a confirmed W8RLD purchase.

License grant
After a confirmed purchase, W8RLD grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the purchased W8RLD software and Service for your own authorized use, subject to the Terms of Service. Lifetime Access has the meaning stated in the Terms and is a one-time purchase, not a transfer of ownership.
Restrictions
You may not redistribute or resell W8RLD or account access, share credentials, copy or redistribute proprietary software except as permitted by law, bypass access controls, or commercially distribute an unauthorized modification. You must not use W8RLD in a way that violates third-party platform rules or applicable law.
Ownership and third-party components
W8RLD and its branding, interfaces, proprietary systems, market models, and original content remain the property of the operator of W8RLD. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own applicable licenses; this license does not replace or override them.
Updates and termination
Updates may be provided, changed, or discontinued. Lifetime Access does not promise perpetual development, universal compatibility, or future products. This license may end if you materially breach it or the Terms, subject to applicable law.
