Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms govern use of the W8RLD website and desktop software (together, the “Service”). By accessing the Service, you agree to them. W8RLD is operated under the W8RLD name.

Service status

W8RLD is independent software that provides a local workspace used alongside Discord for market research, holdings, trade planning, stock images, and related tools. The public website does not currently open accounts or process payments.

Planned access

W8RLD currently displays planned access options of $3 per month and $15 lifetime. These are placeholders, not offers to sell: checkout is unavailable, no payment information is requested, and no purchase or access is created from this website.

License to use W8RLD

A confirmed purchase grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use W8RLD under the W8RLD License. The purchase does not transfer ownership of W8RLD, its source code, branding, market models, or other intellectual property.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt to compromise it, bypass access controls or device limits, submit a false payment reference, interfere with other users, use unauthorized automation against third-party services, or redistribute, resell, share, or unlawfully modify W8RLD. Nothing here restricts rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Discord, third-party services, and market information

W8RLD depends in part on Discord where technically applicable, but is not owned, operated, sponsored, partnered with, or endorsed by Discord. Changes to Discord APIs, clients, policies, authentication, or other functionality can affect W8RLD. Third-party terms and availability apply to your use of those services.

Market values, predictions, trends, demand signals, stock information, and other market-related information are informational estimates and tools. They may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or change as new information becomes available. Predictions are not guarantees of future values or outcomes. You remain responsible for evaluating information and making your own trading decisions.

Availability, changes, and suspension

W8RLD may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service where reasonably necessary, including because of technical, security, legal, infrastructure, or third-party platform changes. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility. Access may be restricted for material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, or to protect the Service or others.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

Changes, applicable law, and contact

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version with a new last-updated date. These Terms are subject to applicable law.
