Who is responsible and how to contact us

W8RLD is responsible for the processing of personal information described in this Privacy Policy. For privacy requests or questions, contact lelouchvimarket@gmail.com.

Information the Service processes

When you create or recover an account, the Service processes your email address and a hash of your recovery key. Browser and desktop refresh-session tokens are stored as hashes. The Service processes device identifiers, device names, client versions, and Discord build identifiers to provide device authorization, enforce device limits, and check compatibility.

Payment status

W8RLD does not currently collect payment information or process purchases through this website. If checkout opens in the future, this policy will be updated before payment data is processed.

Technical data, cookies, and storage

The Service stores a hash derived from the connecting IP for rate limiting, not the raw IP. On the public homepage, a browser-local record of the Terms version accepted is stored so the Terms acknowledgement is not shown repeatedly; it is not sent to W8RLD. The current site does not include third-party analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking services.

Why information is used

Information is used to enforce security and rate limits, respond to support requests, and operate the Service. We do not collect additional personal information merely to use a generic template.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides the Worker, static-asset hosting, and D1 database used by the website. A configured blockchain network/RPC infrastructure provider receives verification requests needed to check submitted transactions. We do not list providers that are not integrated. If a new processor is integrated, this Policy should be updated as appropriate.

Retention and security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with applicable obligations, and enforce our agreements. Account data is retained while needed to provide and administer access, then only where reasonably required for security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or applicable legal obligations. Purchase records are retained as reasonably necessary to maintain purchase/access records, handle disputes and refunds, prevent fraud, and meet applicable accounting or legal requirements. Security and audit information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, investigation, and service integrity. Temporary rate-limit information is retained only as long as needed for its technical purpose.

Session, device-authorization, invoice, entitlement, and device-session records include expiry fields used by the Service. Expiration is not a promise of automatic deletion. We use reasonable safeguards, including hashed session/recovery credentials and bounded service access, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Privacy requests

To make a privacy request, contact lelouchvimarket@gmail.com, preferably from the email/account associated with the request, and explain what you are asking for. We may request reasonable information needed to confirm that you are associated with the relevant account or data, and will not request excessive identity documentation where a less intrusive method is sufficient. We aim to respond within a reasonable period and within any timeframe required by applicable law.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or to complain to a supervisory authority.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy by publishing a revised version with a new last-updated date. Jurisdiction-specific privacy obligations should be reviewed before a commercial launch.
